Report: Keyshia Cole Is Sued for $1M Over Attack at Birdman's Condo [Must Read]

Keyshia Cole is facing a lawsuit brought by Sabrina Mercadel, the woman whom she assaulted at Birdman's condo back in September, TMZ reports. Sabrina claims she's not in a romantic relationship with Birdman. Her lawyer calls their relationship "plutonic."

Sabrina filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court. Her allegations include battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability. Mail Online reports that Sabrina is seeking punitive damages of at least $1 million.

According to police report obtained by TMZ, Keyshia went crazy when seeing Sabrina at Birdman's house on September 19. She allegedly scratched Sabrina's face, beating her and screaming, "Who the f**k are you? What are you doin' with my man?"

According to Sabrina's complaint, Keyshia insinuated that Sabrina was a prostitute and slapped her bottom. Keyshia allegedly told her, "You can get your money later."

Keyshia's representative has not commented on the issue yet.
